Refund/Exchange Policy

 

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

Order will be shipped and delivered within 6-7 business days. 

We offer a 3-day return policy, which allows you to request a return within 3 days of receiving your item.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can address the issue and make it right.


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition as when you received it, Unused with tags and in its original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Please mail us at support@stylepearls.com.
  2. If your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
  3. Once the return request would be approved your return will be initiated and will be picked within 2 working days.

Note: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Some items are not eligible for returns, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants).
  • Custom products (e.g., personalized or special orders).
  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty products).
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Gift Card Policy for COD Orders

We offer Gift Card exclusively for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders in case of returns or exchanges.

  • Gift Card will be processed within 2-3 days after receiving the return item.

Please read the details carefully:

Eligibility for Gift Card

  • This policy applies only to orders placed via the COD payment option.

  • To be eligible for Gift Card, the item must:

    • Be in its original condition  Unused with tags and in the original packaging.

    • Include a video of the unboxing to process your return/exchange request.

How Gift Card Works

  1. After your return or exchange is approved, we will issue Gift Card equal to the value of the returned item (minus any applicable fees, such as courier charges).

  2. Gift Card will be provided as a unique code redeemable for future purchases on our website.

Charges for Returns/Exchanges

  • A ₹150 courier fee will be deducted from the value of the Gift Card.

  • For exchanges, you can use your Gift Card to place a new order.

Important Notes

  • This policy is applicable only for COD orders and not for prepaid orders.

  • Gift Card cannot be converted into cash or refunded to your original payment method.

  • Gift Card codes are valid for 90 days from the date of issuance.

  • Gift Card can be redeemed only on purchases made on our official website.

Exchanges

For an exchange:

  1. Return the item you have (following the return process).
  2. A ₹150 courier fee will be charged as per the company norms.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the refund decision.

  • Bank Transfer are only applicable for PREPAID Orders.
  • Refund amount will be processed to your original payment method which my take upto 7-10 business days.
  • Please note, it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
